Dean McCall

Chief Executive Officer
Dean McCall is a catalyst in the South Texas technology community. He is a social guru who likes to connect, create and facilitate successful collaborative ventures. Dean is viewed by his peers as a technical evangelist for an organization’s online presence. The Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI), of which McCall is a founder and board member, is a project of the Texas Technology Corridor, an outgrowth of the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas in Austin, in collaboration with the San Antonio Technology Accelerator Initiative (SATAI), Salsa.Net, Baylor University Department of Communications, and interested individuals. The purpose of the DCI is to promote economic growth in the San Antonio – Waco corridor. A board member of South by Southwest (SXSW), McCall added a digital convergence and mobile technology dimension to the international event. In association with the SXSW Interactive Festival and the DCI in 2006, Dean coordinated a prototype high-definition two-way broadcast between Austin and San Antonio to demonstrate an adaptive web services model. The project included Grande Communications, Rackspace, Neopolitan Networks, IBM, the City of Austin, and LifeSize Networks. At SXSW in 2008, McCall was responsible for ten panels on mobile technologies, as well as keynote speakers. Dean was recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as one of the 40 most influential people under 40 years old in 2005.

Rudy De La Garza

Chief Financial Officer
Rudy W. De La Garza is co-founder of Ideagin. Mr. De La Garza is skilled at assessing companies, defining objectives and plan of action, and achieving results. He is also the founder and President of First Dominion Financial, LTD, (FDF) a business consultant firm. Together with the firm’s associate Security Attorneys and qualified SEC Certified Public Accountants, Rudy has taken private companies to the public market for capital and listing on the Exchange since 1992. In fact, FDF’s specialty is reverse mergers and capital funding.
Rudy has been consulting businesses in their financial strategies for more than 30 years and has sat on numerous Boards for both public and privately held companies. His no nonsense attitude and to the point business philosophy will make sure the job gets done.

Marie Ysais

Project Manager
Marie graduated in 2001 from Texas State University with a BBA and minor in Management. In the summer of ‘09 Marie earned her Professional in Human Resources certification through the Soicety for Human Resource Managment. For the past nine years she has worked for Jon Ruco, LTD where she currently holds the title of Vice President. Marie oversees all client corporate filings to ensure they are in compliance with the SEC and NASD.  She also assists the newly trading companies with any on going SEC and NASD document filings. She became part of the Ideagin Team in the fall of ‘08, as an addition to the finance department and the website project manager.

Rebel McCall

Client Liaison
Rebel has the office experience needed to keep things running.  Along with her talent of booking and scheduling appointments and managing phone systems for a busy office she has also trained clients in many aspects of the health and beauty industry.  Ms. McCall is currently administrative assistant for Ideagin.  She is also responsible for teaching new clients how to set up, use and tweak their new website through hands-on training.  Rebel assists members at Ideagin in every project. She believes in the motto, “there is no ‘I’ in team.
